I'm glad likes of Carroll, Lanzini got involved. I will never forget against chelsea when Noble was squaring upto Terry and Fabregas and not one of our players when over to back Noble. At least it shows some passion/unity.

Yes it would have been over in seconds... in fact it was when Carroll got rid of Pogba sharpish and then fatty Shaw ran 30 yards only to bounce off Carroll. Great stuff from him.

Referee realised Pogba would have missed the FA Cup final so he had to allow Noble a free hand to get away with it.
Both should have gone.
The BBC are showing the scuffle but not the provocation of course.
I have no problem with Noble being a squad player and dressing room INFLUENCE but we will be back in this situation next season unless he and KOUYATE are upgraded.

It's not the first time he has let his emotions get the better of him this season, as Captain, longest serving player, and as a man recently turned 31 I'd expect him to show a little more maturity. Should have been sent off if the ref had not given him a pass.
